A new retail complex, LB CENTRUM, is scheduled for completion in 2026. It is being developed through the transformation of a former industrial site on Dědická Street, beyond the roundabout. The project will introduce a modern retail zone primarily intended for residents of the north-western part of the city of Vyškov and surrounding areas.
LB CENTRUM will offer a diverse mix of shops and services in a single location, significantly increasing everyday convenience for local residents while enhancing the overall attractiveness of the area. The aim of the project is to create a clear and easily accessible place for daily shopping and services, without the need to travel to more distant parts of the city.
Visitors will have access in particular to a full-range grocery store, a drugstore, a clothing store, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a multi-shop, food and beverage outlets, cosmetic services, and a car wash. The complex will also include sufficient parking spaces to ensure convenient and quick access to all units.
The new retail complex will thus offer not only shorter travel distances for everyday shopping, but also a wider and more comfortable choice of services. LB CENTRUM will become a practical and functional hub for the daily lives of residents in this part of Vyškov.
